Posting Listings
The Post to FB wizard: pick vehicles, pick accounts, choose timing, click post.
Three-Step Posting Wizard
Click Post to FB in the sidebar to start.
Step 1 — Select Vehicles
- Browse your inventory list.
- Check the box next to each vehicle to post.
- Click Select All to grab everything available.
- Vehicles already posted via this account get a "Already Posted" badge — you can re-post if needed.
Step 2 — Select Accounts
- Pick which Facebook account(s) to post from.
- Each selected vehicle posts to each selected account (10 vehicles × 2 accounts = 20 listings).
- Blocked or paused accounts are dimmed.
Step 3 — Choose Timing
Three options:
Post Now
Starts immediately. Posts spaced 2–8 minutes apart for safety. Best for testing or small batches.
Peak Hours
Spreads across the next high-engagement window:
- Weekdays: 11am–1pm
- Weekends: 10am–2pm
Configure exact windows in Settings → Peak Hour Schedule.
Custom Time
Pick a specific date and time. All selected jobs get queued for that moment.
What Happens After You Click Post
- Jobs added to queue with status Queued.
- Background scheduler picks them up.
- For each job:
- Opens a hidden Chromium browser.
- Loads saved Facebook session.
- Navigates to Marketplace → Create Listing → Vehicle.
- Fills every field: photos, year, make, model, mileage, price, description, location.
- Clicks Publish.
- Captures the listing URL.
- Status updates to Done. Listing URL appears.
Job Queue
Click Job Queue in the sidebar to see all jobs.
Status Filters
- All — everything
- Queued — waiting to run (including scheduled)
- Running — currently posting
- Completed — successfully posted, includes FB URL
- Failed — error message in the row
- Cancelled — you stopped it
- Skipped — safety layer blocked it (daily cap, blocked account)
Upcoming Scheduled Jobs
Jobs scheduled for the future appear in a separate "Upcoming" section at the top of the Job Queue page with their exact scheduled time.
Cancelling Jobs
- Queued/Scheduled job: click Cancel → removed from queue instantly
- Running job: click Stop → kills the browser mid-post → status set to Cancelled
Stagger Delays
MP Poster automatically waits 2–8 minutes between posts on the same account. This humanizes the pattern and avoids Facebook detection.
You can override in Settings → Stagger Min/Max, but going below 2 minutes risks account flags.
Tips for Higher Engagement
- Post during peak windows — 50%+ more views than off-peak.
- Spread across the day — don't dump 50 listings at once.
- Use real photos — stock images perform worse.
- First photo = main listing photo — pick your best angle.
- Set accurate location — Facebook ranks by buyer proximity.
- Re-post weekly — listings fade from feed after 7 days.
