Terms of Service

By using MP Poster ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

MP Poster is desktop software that automates posting vehicle listings to Facebook Marketplace using your own Facebook account(s). The software runs on your Windows PC. We provide a license validation service via our cloud server.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of MP Poster on one Windows PC per license purchased, subject to your active subscription. The license is bound to your machine via hardware fingerprint.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Share, resell, or transfer your license key
• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activity
• Use the Service to violate Facebook's Terms of Service or any third-party policies
• Attempt to bypass license validation or machine binding

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe.
• Cancellation effective at end of current billing period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
• Failed payments suspend access after 7 days of retries.

5. No Affiliation With Facebook / Meta

MP Poster is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or any of its subsidiaries. "Facebook" and "Marketplace" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

You are solely responsible for compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service. We make no guarantees that the Service complies with Facebook's policies. Facebook may change its policies or platform behavior at any time, which may affect the Service.

6. Account Safety Disclaimer

We provide safety features (daily caps, warmup, checkpoint detection) to reduce the risk of Facebook account flags. However, we cannot guarantee that your Facebook accounts will not be flagged, restricted, or banned. You assume all risk associated with using automation tools on Facebook.

7. Privacy

We collect minimal data: email, license key, machine fingerprint, validation timestamps. Your Facebook credentials and session cookies stay on your PC — we never see or store them. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, branding, and content remain our property. You receive a license to use, not ownership.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FACEBOOK CHANGES.

10. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DAMAGES FROM FACEBOOK ACCOUNT ACTIONS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may cancel anytime via your account portal.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers 30 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.
