If MP Poster doesn't save you time in your first 30 days, email us for a full refund. No questions asked. No need to justify.
How to Request a Refund

- Subject: "Refund request"
- Include the email used at purchase
- We process within 2 business days
- Refund hits your card in 5–10 business days (Stripe's timeline)
After 30 Days
We don't issue automatic refunds after 30 days, but we'll consider case-by-case for:
- Service unavailable for 7+ days due to our fault
- Critical bug we can't fix within 30 days
- Billing errors
What's NOT Refundable
- Facebook account bans, restrictions, or flags — we can't control Facebook's policies
- Service interruptions caused by Facebook UI changes — we typically fix within 24–48 hours
- Missed peak hours, lost leads, or any business outcomes — refunds are for the subscription cost only
- Subscription periods more than 30 days old
Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as a refund. Cancel anytime via your account page:
- Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
- License remains active until then
- No cancellation fee, no penalty
- You can re-subscribe anytime
Disputes & Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge. We resolve 99% of issues directly within 24 hours. Chargebacks immediately disable the license and forfeit the 30-day guarantee.
